Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the store team to ensure smooth daily operations, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by overseeing merchandising, stock presentation, and cleanliness standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members to build a strong team that delivers excellent service.
- Manage rotas and schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak times while respecting team members’ availability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with staff to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales data, and financial reports to ensure transparency and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with regional managers or other departments to align store operations with broader business objectives.

Minimum Experience Required:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least three years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory position. Experience working in fast-paced environments where multitasking is essential will be highly beneficial. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic financial reporting is also desirable.
